Ingredients
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
16 oz Chicken Broth or stock (low sodium)
1 4 oz can Green Chilis
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 cans great northern white beans

Directions
1. In a large pot saute onion and garlic with olive oil.
2. Add chicken and cook through
3. Add Broth, Chilis, Beans and Spices and simmer for 15-20 min stirring occasional
Top with my Home Made Tortilla Strips!
Garnish -- with shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and Cubed Avocados!
